Payments

You can review the completed, scheduled, failed, or refunded transactions from your consumers.

  • Advanced filtering options: Search for individual transactions by account number, name, etc. Filter consumer payment transactions by payment type, status, frequency, and custom date ranges to derive relevant insights.

  • One button export: Download CSV file of all transactions or the custom range that has been filtered.

  • Additional payment options: Refund consumers' completed payments or retry failed payments.

Team

Manage your team in real-time, at your convivence.

  • Team provisioning: Monitor, provide, and revoke access to users within your organization. Align access for agents, managers, and administrators.

  • Add or remove users: Administrators can add or remove users within the Team dashboard.

  • Disputes notifications: Admins will receive a notification when a consumer submits a dispute

  • Disputes ledger: All submitted disputes can be viewed in the disputes tab.

Referral links drive consumers to the Kredit portal to establish payment plans with you.

  • Generate referral links: Create, distribute, and track referral link productivity in real-time and at your convenience. Links can be added to your website, emails, SMS texts, letters, or other communications you leverage.

  • Referral link analytics: Data visuals and metrics are provided for each individual referral link to monitor the effectiveness and provide insights on how many consumers reach each step in the process of setting up a payment to your organization.

  • Dynamic disclosures: Easily add or delete consumer policies or notices to referral pages in your own time.

CONSUMERS

Enhanced dashboard and user experience

  • Updated payment interface: Consumers can add, update, default or change their payment method.

  • Scheduling one-time or recurring payments: Consumers can type in the amount to pay, select payment method, and easily toggle on recurring payment to establish a frequency.

  • Feature rich free credit reports: We transitioned to a new vendor making the consumer interface more feature rich. Consumers acknowledge a credit report consent authorizing Kredit Financial Inc. to obtain their credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies on their behalf.

  • Communications: Consumers receive payment confirmations, notification of active messages with network members, and more
